First day of September!  It’s already bear hunting season in Maine and New Brunswick.  Our season begins next week as Mullet and Dev head north to Western New Brunswick to hunt black bears with Fidge.  Next month, Mullet and Geo break out the smokepoles to chase whitetails and hogs in Oklahoma with our redneck brethren.  Dev returns to Montana for another dual elk and mulie hunt in early November, while Geo heads back to Brazil Creek Ranch with a rifle, later in the month.  Six or seven of their group will then meet up at “Booner Alley” in northern Missouri, the week before Christmas, for another muzzleloader whitetail hunt.  Mullet, Dev and Geo finish their season’s travels with a bow hunt in Mexico for whitetails in January.

In between those forays, we’ll get the dogs on some grouse in the northeastern woods, do a little saltwater fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and get after the whitetails in the New York hardwoods with a bow.
